Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging

To request a return, please email us at casaluna.club@gmail.com with the following information (Subject: Return Order):

Order number
First and last name
Email address used for the order
Phone number
Full return address (Street Address, Apartment/Suite if applicable, City, County, Postal Code, Country)
Reason for the return

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or model, subject to stock availability.

Exchange fee: 30 RON
The fee covers round-trip shipping costs

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Shipping costs (both the original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Retururi și Rambursări

Poți returna comanda în termen de 14 zile de la primirea acesteia.

Pentru a fi acceptat, produsul trebuie să fie:

Nefolosit
În stare originală
În ambalajul original

Pentru a solicita un retur, vă rugăm să ne trimiteți un e-mail la casaluna.club@gmail.com cu următoarele informații (Subiect: Retur Comanda) :

Numărul comenzii
Numele și prenumele
Adresa de e-mail utilizată la plasarea comenzii
Numărul de telefon
Adresa completă de retur (stradă, număr, apartament/suită dacă este cazul, oraș, județ, cod poștal, țară)
Motivul returului

După ce primim și verificăm produsul, te vom informa dacă rambursarea a fost aprobată. Rambursările aprobate sunt procesate în 7 zile lucrătoare prin aceeași metodă de plată folosită la comandă.
